CheckCar AI provides vehicle history reports based on publicly available data from government databases (NMVTIS, DMV, NHTSA), insurance records, and auction histories. Reports are generated instantly after payment.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable fees.
- Payment is a one-time charge — there are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Credits purchased never expire.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a report does not contain usable historical data for a valid VIN or license plate, you will receive a full refund. Contact support@checkcar-ai.com to request a refund.
4. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, vehicle history reports are based on data from third-party sources. We cannot guarantee 100% completeness or accuracy. Reports should be used as one factor in your vehicle purchase decision.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with third parties or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on CheckCar AI is owned by us or our licensors. Reports generated are licensed for your personal or professional use only and may not be resold.
7. Limitation of Liability
CheckCar AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or reliance on report data. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the report.
